Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Digital Invite Studio. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Digital Invite Studio provides five independent modules for organising weddings: Save the Date, Wedding Invitation (with smart RSVP), Guests & Seating, Photo Sharing & Live Wall, and Guestbook. Modules can be purchased individually or as discounted bundles, as available on the Pricing page.

2. Payments and Refunds

Access to each module is granted through a one-time payment, with no monthly fees, processed securely by Stripe:

• Prices are shown in Euros and include applicable legal taxes.
• You may request a refund for a module up to 14 days after purchase, through our Contact page. Requests are assessed case by case, considering in particular whether the module has already been actively used (for example, guests added, invitation published, or content uploaded).
• Purchasing the "Wedding Invitation" module automatically unlocks the "Guests & Seating" module at no extra cost, as they are technically inseparable — smart RSVP depends on the guest list to work.

3. User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the content (texts, images, and videos) uploaded to the platform, including content uploaded by their guests through Photo Sharing and Guestbook. Using the platform to share illegal, offensive content, or content that infringes third-party copyright is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to guarantee maximum service availability, Digital Invite Studio cannot be held responsible for internet connection failures at the event venue, errors on guests' devices, or service interruptions beyond our technical control.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, code, design engines (such as the seating plan editor), and visual elements of the platform are the exclusive property of Digital Invite Studio. Purchasing a module grants the right to use it for that specific event, not to reproduce or resell the software.

6. Event Validity and Expiration

The event date is locked as soon as the first module is activated, to prevent misuse of the system. Guest access to all modules is fully blocked 60 days after the event date. The couple keeps read-only access to their dashboard after that period. Data is not automatically deleted at this stage; deletion of content such as photos and messages may be configured separately in the future.

7. Partners and White Label

Some events are managed through partner agencies or wedding planners, under those partners' own branding ("white label"). In these cases, these Terms still apply in full between Digital Invite Studio and the end user, regardless of the branding visible in the service.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Lisbon district court.
