Your privacy is fundamental to Digital Invite Studio. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and protect your personal data and that of your guests when using our platform.

1. Information We Collect

When using our services, we may collect the following information:

  • Account Data: name, email address, and password of organizers/couples.
  • Payment Data: payments are processed directly by Stripe; we do not store card numbers or bank details on our servers.
  • Guest Data: names, RSVP confirmation status, and dietary restrictions entered by the couple or by guests themselves.
  • Multimedia Content: photos, videos, and messages uploaded through the Photo Sharing and Guestbook modules.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information collected exclusively to provide and improve our services, and to process payments for purchased modules. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or guest list with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention and Blocking After the Event

Guest access to an event's modules is fully blocked 60 days after the event date. The couple keeps read-only access to their dashboard after that period. Stored data, including photos and messages, is not automatically deleted at this stage — you may request full deletion of your event's data at any time, through our Contact page.

4. Subprocessors and Data Hosting

To provide the service, we rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase for the database, authentication, and file storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Vercel for hosting the website. All of them operate with recognised security guarantees and are used exclusively to run the platform.

5. Data Subject Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, or request the complete deletion of your data, or your guests' data, at any time. To exercise these rights, contact our team.
